Abstract

The aim of the esf-project „Resilience Forum Lower Saxony“ is to promote a new resilience culture in small and medium-sized enterprises, on the one hand, and to promote workplace health management, on the other hand. The project proposes a comprehensive approach which foresees the involvement of professionals and human resources manager working in small and medium-sized enterprises: both groups will be trained on how to cope with cultural diversity, wellbeing and demographic change in the workplace.
